Printing Services

You have the option of providing your own labels and artwork or take advantage of our custom design label services for an additional design fee. Use our recommended commercial printers or we can print in-house for smaller quantities. If you have the capability of printing your own labels but need digital files, we’ll gladly provide you with all designed artwork on CD for your files and use.

Apply Your Own Label or We’ll Do It For You!

You can receive the biscotti individually wrapped with an ingredient label and all you have to do is apply your label or we’ll do it for you for a small fee.

We will gladly create a special order for you.

We take care to insure that your order is secure. We use a secure server and all credit card transactions are secure through PayPal and Authorize.net.

Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as each order is baked fresh. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.

If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order.  If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.

Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
