flavors of this
biscotti — pecans, caramel pieces and chocolate plus a vanilla cookie. Absolutely decadent!!!
Did you know that pecans are a healthy nut. Just by adding handful of pecans to your diet each day may inhibit unwanted oxidation of blood lipids, thus helping reduce the risk of heart disease. Scientists suggest that this positive effect was in part due to the pecan's significant content of vitamin E.
Even though the fat content of this biscotti may seem high, remember the almost half of the fatis from the pecans healthy fat.
Available in single pieces, minis, by the loaf or plain wrapper for private labeling, for fund raisers, or wholesale or to pair with your favorite wines, coffees, teas, or
flavored hot chocolates.
Ingredients: Flour, sugar, eggs, butter,
caramel bits (sucrose, corn syrup, skim milk, partially
hydrogenated cottonseed & soy bean oil, salt,
mono-dyglycerides, natural flavor), pecans, chocolate
(sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cocoa
powder, nonfat dry milk solids, whole milk solids,
reduced mineral whey powder, soy lecithin [emulsifier],
salt), artificial flavors, vanilla, baking powder.

Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as each order is baked fresh. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.
If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order. If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.
Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
