You must cancel your order within three business day of placing your original order as after this date it is already on it's way to you and we can't stop the shipment.

If you are contacting us within the one business day, please email Anita's with your name, address, phone, and the content of your order.

OR you may call us directly at 610-944-6422 with your name, address, phone, and the content of your order.

We're sorry that you feel you must cancel, but we understand that things happen.

Did you sign up for our newsletter? If not, please do so that we can let you know when we have new flavors available and the new theme of the month.

We will gladly create a special order for you.

We take care to insure that your order is secure. We use a secure server and all credit card transactions are secure through PayPal and Authorize.net.

Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as each order is baked fresh. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.

If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order.  If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.

Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
