Gourmet Shopping Event
Student safety is always a consideration whenever conducting any fundraiser so the idea of going door to door pre-selling and distributing the product might not be the best solution for your organization. Direct sales may be more to your liking following our Gourmet Shopping Event solution.
This type of event offers a selection of our gourmet biscotti flavors or trio-biscotti at any number of event formats. It may be apart of larger event such as a PTO meeting, which your group holds on a regular basis. Or, there may be opportunities for your group to obtain space at a local event such as a basketball game, swim meet, in front of a local store or craft show. The possibilities are endless and the sky's the limit. Think creatively and you'll come up with something. There's even woman's or men's events, your local fair, library, local winery or local store where supporters might help you raise funds.
The major benefit of this type of fundraising is that it can be completed in just three days or you can do it for months. The choice is yours for the time limit.
Here's how to work the Direct Sales fundraising option: Set up an attractive display of our gourmet biscotti on tables. At outdoor events often use pop-up tents that will hold your table display.
Fundraiser Sales Options:
1) Similar to the gourmet shop, your organization purchases inventory up front then displays, offers samples and sells at the event. When purchasing the product, let us know that this is a fundraiser and we will sell the items to you at a discounted price plus shipping. You then turn around and sell the product at one of the price points that we've suggested. For this option, a minimum order of 100 pieces is required.
2) Pre-sale Option: At your event, your organization would display and offer samples of the product. Instead of investing in inventory, you take orders and payments. You would then send in the orders and our portion (based on price point and location) for processing and shipping back to you within 10 - 14 working days to deliver to your customers. Shipping is included in this option.
3) In both options above, you may also offer your customers the opportunity to have us send our gourmet biscotti to family and friends anywhere in the world. We'll provide order forms for this part of the event. Your customer simply fills out the form, indicates their choices of flavors or trios on the order form & adds in the appropriate shipping cost for each recipient and pays for their purchases. Upon receiving the orders and payment, the orders will be processed and shipped from our bakery. Your organization profits 20% of our regular retail price on these sales.
