Using the Internet to raise money for your organization allows you the opportunity to enlist the support of family and friends located around the world.

1 - 2 - 3 Easy Steps

1) Signing Up: Take approximately five minutes of your time to sign up your organization and "go live" with your Internet fundraiser. You will receive an account number via email that will allow you to access your administration page and track your sales 24/7. You will also receive a link to send in your letter that you send to everyone.

2) Contact Your Supporters: The next step is to request that each member in your group collect and bring you 10 to 20 or more names, addresses and email addresses of supporters that they know. Using the sample letter below, your organization creates, mails via USPS and email a letter to each name on your list of collected names asking for support of your cause. The letter will include a web address (ex: www.anitasbiscottis.com/YourOrganization/sales.htm) that will be created specifically for your organization.

3) Shopping: Once at our site, each supporter is introduced to our 31 flavors of biscotti and out numerous gourmet gift packs and gift baskets. We collect the money, process the orders, and ship all the products. There is no selling, collecting of money or distribution headaches for your organization.

4) Profits: Your organization receives 15% of each retail sale not including shipping. In the past, average sales from out web site were approximately $35 - $40 per sale. Checks are mailed to you within two weeks after each sale ends. You may wish to conduct a sale several times throughout the year.

They offer 31 flavors and many gift packs and baskets. They have a terrific Internet fundraising system that's very easy to use and lets us raise funds for our team.

Here's how it works:

1. Between now and April 8, 2007, log onto Anita's Biscottis web site at www.anitasbiscottis.com. This special address will bring you to their home page where you can browse all they have to order.

2. Once there, you can browse the tempting selection of flavors and gift ideas.

3. Make your choices. Checking out:

• When adding to the PayPal shopping cart make sure you put our number 2346 in the comments box
  
  
• Call them on the telephone at 610-944-6422 and tell them what you want to order and give them our group number 2346 and they'll take your credit card information
  
  
• Order with MasterCard, Visa or Discover by going to http://secure.anitasbiscottis.com/Fundraiser/order.html
  
  
• Download their order form, fill out what you want and mail it to the address on the form. Make sure you put our number on the order form and on your check- 2346

They've made it really easy to order and have provided several ways for you to support us.

4. The products will be shipped directly to you or those you wish to send a fabulous gourmet biscotti good gift.

They'll track our sales and we'll get 15% of each purchase. Please, take a moment now to support our baseball team. We plan to buy badly needed uniforms with the proceeds.

We take care to insure that your order is secure. We use a secure server and all credit card transactions are secure through PayPal and Authorize.net.

Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as each order is baked fresh. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.

If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order.  If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.

Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
