you for your interest in our homemade biscotti-perfect
for everyday, gifts, gift baskets, or for your office
coffee break or corporate meetings. We use PayPal and Authorize.net as our secure shopping merchant account.
If you prefer not to use PayPal, we also have Authorize.net for secure online and offline shopping. You may email, phone, or mail your credit card number for Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard only and we will charge your account for your order.

How
to Order:
- When ordering any gourmet gift
baskets or packs, if you want specific flavors, please
fill them in when you're checking out in the "Comments" section. If you do not
specify specific flavors, we will give you assorted
flavors and the sale will be considered final.
- Prices do not cover shipping
and handling. All our biscotti are shipped by weight. We will let you know what the additional
cost is for shipping and handling if you've ordered by phone, email or mail OR you can contact
us to get an estimate of what it will be before submitting
your order.
- If you would rather, you may
order by downloading our order
form, calling us, or sending us an email. All
orders will be shipped only when checks have cleared
the bank.
- Orders are shipped within 7-10
business days (Business days are Monday through Friday
and do not include Saturday and Sunday). Please add
an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping.
If you haven't received your order at the end of that
time, please contact us and we will track your order.
- We only ship Monday through Thursday to prevent your order being warehoused over the weekend so please allow extra days when placing your order.

If you would like to use our handy printable order
form and place your order with a check or money order:
- download Adobe PDF order form
- print it out on your printer
- browse our site and select the items you want to buy
- print Item Number, Description, Quantity,
Price Each and Total Price onto the printed order
form.
- Enclose your check or money order
made out to Brickhouse Services.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex.
Sorry, no C.O.D. We use PayPal and Authorize.net as our on-line secure shopping merchant accounts. If
you are sending a check, we do not ship your order
until your check has cleared the bank.
Sales Tax
We do charge 6% PA sales tax to any residents of
Pennsylvania. We do not charge sales tax for other
states. You are responsible for any tax that is due
for your state.

We take care to insure that your order is secure. We use a secure server and all credit card transactions are secure through PayPal and Authorize.net.
Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as each order is baked fresh. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.
If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order. If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.
Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
