If any of your product has been damaged in shipping,
please follow these guidelines:
- Notify us within 24-hours of receiving
your product of the damage. Notification after 24-hours
voids any replacement guarantee.

- Include your order / invoice number,
the date
ordered, your name, and address, and your e-mail
address. You will find these on your printed invoice
as well as the email invoice that was sent to you.
We will do everything in our power to make sure you
receive satisfaction but we must follow certain guidelines.

send it via USPS mail or call us at 610-678-7178 to
make other arrangements.
Our shipping is currently based on US percentages and
we can ship regular USPS mail or with UPS. The shipping
may be a little more or a little less, accordingly.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refund money if there
has been too much shipping included in the total and
require additional money if the shipping is not enough.
All merchandise is shipped with no insurance unless
otherwise specified by the customer (additional charges
may apply.) We guarantee all and is checked carefully
for any damage before shipping. If a product should
arrive damaged, please call the store IMMEDIATELY at
610-678-7178 for further instructions. Damaged goods
not reported within 24 hours of receipt are assumed
received in perfect condition and will not be refundable.

We take care to insure that your order is secure. We use a secure server and all credit card transactions are secure through PayPal and Authorize.net.
Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as each order is baked fresh. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.
If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order. If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.
Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
