Shipping Rates
Prices cover shipping and handling.
However, because of the way PayPal configures shipping (price versus weight) there may be additional shipping due because our
products are shipped by weight. We will let you know what the additional cost is for
shipping and handling. OR you can contact
us to find out what it will be before submitting
your order. Because of the way PayPal interacts, we
will bill you for the shipping of your order. All orders
will be shipped once the shipping is paid.
UPS Ground
We use UPS Ground as our standard mode of shipping
unless your request other. For items oversize and
over weight, we use other methods. For all orders,
shipping is determined by weight and geographic location.
UPS Next Day
UPS Next Day requires an additional charge. For all
orders, shipping is determined by weight and geographic
location.
USPS (United States
Postal Service)
Orders to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, and Canada require an
additional shipping charge.
Shipping Times
UPS Ground - 1 to 7 business days
UPS Next Day - Next business day in the PM (Please
note: all orders must be placed by 11 AM EST Monday
through Friday to receive your shipment next day.)
All shipping is Monday through Friday (excluding
national holidays) to address in the US. We cannot
deliver to PO boxes.
We are currently shipping all continental USA orders
by UPS. Orders are shipped within three (3) business
days. You will receive an e-mail notification when
the order is shipped with the USPS . If you have opted
to receive your order by UPS, you will be supplied
a tracking number. Your order should arrive within
1-7-business days from the time you receive the email
notification, depending on your state. To track your

Lost Shipment
Because regular USPS ground service provides no guarantees,
Anita's cannot be held responsible or liable for the
loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders using
USPS ground option. Furthermore, orders are fulfilled
to the address supplied on the shipping section of
the invoice. Anita's will not be held responsible
for lost gift certificates as a result of non-delivery
due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside
of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass
to the purchaser upon deposit in the US mail or supplying
an incorrect e-mail address.

We take care to insure that your order is secure. We use a secure server and all credit card transactions are secure through PayPal and Authorize.net.
Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days (business days do not include Saturday and Sunday) as each order is baked fresh. Please add an additional 3 to 10 business days for shipping. If you haven't received your order at the end of that time, please contact us and we will gladly help track your order. During the warmer months, we do not ship on Thursday unless we're guaranteed that you'll receive the order next day. We never ship on Fridays so that your order is never in a warehouse over the weekend. We strongly recommend next day delivery.
If you are ordering any specials or custom packages, please make sure that you specify what flavor you want to order. If there are no flavors specified, we cannot fill the order in a timely manner.
Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days. If we do not received your cancellation within that time, you may still cancel your order but you will still be charged for the order as these are food stuffs and may not be returned.
